The total monthly cost shown includes base rent and required charges, though some charges, such as utilities or Renters Insurance, are usage-based/variable and may not contribute to the total shown. Applicants must pay a $50 Screening Report Fee (per adult applicant) and a one-time $250 Advanced Deposit (per unit), credited toward the required security deposit or other amounts owed. A Security Deposit of $1000 or up to 1 month’s rent based on screening results is also required per unit. At move-in and throughout the lease, residents are responsible for base rent (amount based on unit selected), usage-based water (billed by the property), sewer ($37/month; billed by the property), trash ($25/month; billed by the property), usage-based electric (paid directly to the provider), water and sewer (included; no charge), and Renters Insurance (amount varies by minimum coverage required and is paid directly to the insurance provider if obtained independently).
